Thank you for joining me here! I’ve been a passionate student and teacher for most of my adult life. I started the journey of learning as a student & then teacher in a Japanese Martial art. This led to my introduction to yoga and my deepdive “down the rabbit hole”. I offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Core Power yoga, Slow Flow, Yin yoga, Myo Fascia Release, Restorative Yoga, Meditation & Yoga Nidra classes and workshops. I am currently teaching online classes & in person at studios on the Northern Beaches of New South Wales. I look forward to sharing a practice with you.

As a yoga teacher my goal has been to guide & support students to create a body and mind connection using breath and movement. I incorporate a variety of traditional and modern practices in movement, breath, and meditation. My teaching style is to facilitate an inclusive, safe and supported space where students can explore, challenge and create their own unique form of yoga. My mantra in class to students is “you do you.” Challenge, modify, rest are all encouraged during the practice. 


Online Classes
